BOOKING POLICY

CD Cosmetics

1. Appointments

  • All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment.

  • Your deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day of your visit.

  • Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

​

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. 

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment or failure to attend will result in loss of your deposit.

  • Repeated cancellations or no-shows may require full payment upfront for future bookings.

  • Please understand that last-minute cancellations affect our ability to fill your slot and impact other clients’ appointments.

3. Late Arrivals

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment.

  • If you are more than 10–15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your treatment to avoid delays for other clients.

  • In such cases, your deposit will not be refunded.

4. Courses & Training

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your place on any training course.

  • Full payment must be made by the date specified before your course begins.

  • Cancellations will result in a loss of your deposit.

  • If you fail to attend or complete your course, no refund or transfer will be issued.

5. Health & Safety

  • Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or medications prior to your treatment or training.

  • Some treatments may not be suitable under certain conditions, and we may request a patch test or doctor’s note before proceeding.

  • Patch tests are required at least 24–48 hours before specific treatments.

6. Age Restrictions

  • Clients under the age of 18 must have parental consent, and certain treatments may not be available depending on age.

​

7. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an appointment if:

  • A client is under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

  • A client behaves inappropriately or disrespectfully.

  • Health or safety concerns prevent us from carrying out the service.
