The Site is owned and operated by CD Cosmetics Training Academy Ltd, registered in UK, with a registered business address at 255a Monton road, Manchester, M30 9PS.

  • Beauty Treatments – available for booking at our salon or location(s).

  • Courses and Training – available online or in-person for individuals seeking professional development.

  •  Beauty Products – available for purchase via our online shop.

  • Each service may have specific terms, which will be displayed at the point of booking or purchase. These specific terms form part of this agreement.​

4. Course Enrolments

  •  Payment must be received in full before access to any course is granted.

  •  Courses are for personal and professional development and may not be copied, shared, or resold.

  •  Certificates are issued only upon successful completion (where applicable).

  •  All course content, including videos, text, and materials, remains our intellectual property.

  •  Refunds for courses are only available as outlined in our Refund Policy (see section 9).

5. Treatment Bookings

  •  Bookings can be made online or via our contact channels. 

  •  A deposit may be required to confirm your booking.

  • You must provide accurate information and disclose any medical or skin conditions that could affect your      treatment.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in loss of deposit or full charge.

  • We reserve the right to refuse treatment where it is unsafe or contraindicated.

6. Product Purchases

  • All product prices are displayed in GBP and include/exclude VAT as stated.

  • Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

  • Products must be used in accordance with their instructions and at your own risk.

  • We are not liable for allergic reactions or misuse of products.

  • You do not have the right to return any products in accordance with our Returns Policy.

7. Payments

All payments must be made in full before services or products are provided.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Courses: Non-refundable once access is granted unless technical issues prevent access.

  • Treatments: Deposits are non-refundable so please make sure to select the correct date and time. 

  • Products: No returns accepted.

All content on our Site  including text, images, videos, graphics, logos, and training materials is owned by or licensed to CD Cosmetics Training Academy Ltd and is protected by copyright laws.
