1. Beauty Treatments

Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all treatment bookings. This will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day.

Cancellations & Rescheduling:

You may reschedule your appointment with at least 48 hours’ notice.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment or failure to attend will result in loss of your deposit.
-
Repeated cancellations or no-shows may require full prepayment for future appointments

Refunds:

Refunds are not issued once a treatment has been carried out.

If you experience an adverse reaction or concern, please contact us within 48 hours so we can assess and advise appropriately.

2. Training Courses
Deposits & Payments:

Course bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure your place. Full payment is due by the specified date before the course begins.

Cancellations:​

Cancellations will result in a loss of your deposit

Non-Attendance / Partial Completion:
-
If you fail to attend or complete your course, no refund or transfer will be given.

Online Courses:

Once digital course materials have been accessed, refunds cannot be issued.

3. Beauty Products
Returns:

Products can be returned within 14 days of purchase if unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on opened or used products.

Faulty or Damaged Items:
-
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if your product arrives damaged or faulty. We will offer a replacement or refund once the item has been inspected.​

4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
CD Cosmetics Training Academy Ltd reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
